Episode 22: About our Guest
Clare Herrera is a pediatric sleep coach and is the owner and founder of Blissfully Rested. She teaches TIRED parents how to implement healthy sleep skills with their babies and toddlers so the whole family can feel rested and thrive. Clare herself struggled with her firstborn’s sleep. Not knowing what method was right for her, and confused on how to go about implementing any specific method, it wasn’t until she had her second child that she committed to sleep training and used the Sleep Sense method. Clare found that the results of having a clear plan in place and sticking with it were amazing and benefited her whole family.
Through her work, Clare finds there are a lot of misconceptions and outdated views on the topic of sleep training in general. She has a passion for giving education on the importance of sleep in our lives, as well as giving support and guidance on how to follow through with a clear cut plan. Her goal is to empower those she works with to have a say in how they go about getting sleep support. She coaches those she works with to feel confident in following through with the plan she makes customized for them. Being a mom and parent is hard enough, don’t let chronic loss of sleep feel like something you’re stuck with.
