Rachel Sultzer is a Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Breastfeeding Educator and Certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doula serving Northeast Florida families. She has lived in Jacksonville for 10 years and enjoys beach walks, frequenting the Riverside Arts Market and exploring the city with her long term boyfriend and their fur baby, Davos.

Hugs and Snugs Postpartum Care Services offers compassionate and individualized postpartum support to Northeast Florida families. From breastfeeding and/or infant feeding support to aiding with the physical and emotional transition from birth to postpartum, to general newborn care and education, Rachel provides a non-judgemental and well educated approach to navigating through postpartum and beyond. 

The mission of Hugs and Snugs is to educate the public on the importance of breastfeeding; to encourage and empower women to make decisions that work for them and to provide guidance and support during a such a delicate but amazing time in a mama’s life.
